Terms of Use

By purchasing or using Bidinator Business Edition, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Your license

Your purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Business Edition to run your own business. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share, or redistribute the software or your account credentials, and you may not copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Your data

You own the business data you put into the software. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of that data, including having the right to store your clients' details. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Payments

Business Edition is a one-time payment for lifetime access, including product updates released for that edition. Optional monthly services are billed in advance, renew until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Acceptable use

Do not use the software to break the law, send unsolicited bulk email, infringe someone else's rights, upload malware, attack or overload our systems, or attempt to access other customers' data. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI features

AI-generated estimates, line items, messages, and research are suggestions produced by automated systems and can contain errors. You must review anything the AI produces before relying on it, sending it to a client, or using it to price a job.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and to protect your data, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance is announced where practical.

Limitation of liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or end your license if you materially breach these terms. You may stop using the software at any time; refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new date and, for account holders, sent by email.
