Terms of Service

By purchasing or using Bidinator Business Edition, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Your license

Your one-time purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable software license to use the Business Edition feature package as it exists at purchase, to run your own business. There is no recurring software subscription for the purchased edition. Access continues while Bidinator or an authorized successor operates and provides the platform, subject to account standing and these Terms of Service. Access is granted after your purchase is confirmed and identity verification is completed. Business Edition includes up to 2 users, up to 2 companies, and 1 division per company, with one-click switching between companies; additional seats beyond those limits are available as a separate paid add-on. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share, or redistribute the software or your account credentials, and you may not copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer it.

Updates and support

The one-time price includes permanent access to the Business Edition feature package as it exists at purchase, plus 12 months of maintenance updates and standard support. Maintenance updates include bug fixes, security updates, compatibility updates, and other fixes needed to maintain the purchased software. New features, major upgrades, expanded functionality, and premium add-ons are not included unless specifically stated. Continued maintenance updates and support after 12 months are available separately.

Built-in AI capabilities and optional services

Business Edition includes its built-in AI-capable features. Using those features requires AI processing through either your own supported AI service, account, or API credentials, or Bidinator Managed Services. The purchase includes the first month of Managed Services, which bundles managed AI processing with jurisdiction/location lookup and property-detail search. After that first month, Managed Services is optional and continues only if you choose to pay $25 per month; you may instead connect your own supported provider where applicable. Ending Managed Services does not remove the built-in AI-capable features from the Business Edition you purchased. Additional seats and other premium add-ons remain separate paid services unless expressly included.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Identity verification

Account activation requires the account holder to complete a one-time identity verification, including confirming their legal name and submitting a government-issued photo ID. This verification is processed securely by Stripe for fraud prevention, account security, and payment-compliance purposes, and is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy practices. We do not store your identity document. Access to the software is granted once verification is completed. This requirement is disclosed on the sales page before purchase; declining or failing to complete verification is not a defect in the software and is not an eligible refund reason under the Billing Policy.

Your data

You own the business data you put into the software. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of that data, including having the right to store your clients' details. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Payments

Business Edition is a $1,500 one-time purchase license with no recurring software subscription for the purchased edition, together with 12 months of maintenance updates and standard support as described above. Approved marketplace test pricing may differ during testing. Purchases may be processed by third-party marketplaces or payment processors (such as JVZoo); when you buy, your payment is subject to that processor's checkout terms, and your card details never touch our servers. Optional monthly services and add-ons are billed in advance, renew until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Billing Policy, which is available on this site and incorporated into these terms. In short: you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if the software has a material technical issue that prevents normal use, or materially fails to provide the core functionality represented on the sales page, and the issue cannot be reasonably resolved through support. Once a refund is issued, your license ends and your access is terminated.

Acceptable use

Do not use the software to break the law, send unsolicited bulk email, infringe someone else's rights, upload malware, attack or overload our systems, or attempt to access other customers' data. We may suspend accounts that do.

Intellectual property

The software, this site, and all related content, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase gives you a license to use the software — it does not transfer any ownership of it to you.

AI features

AI-generated estimates, line items, messages, and research are suggestions produced by automated systems and can contain errors. You must review anything the AI produces before relying on it, sending it to a client, or using it to price a job. When you connect your own supported provider, your use is also subject to that provider's terms, pricing, and privacy practices.

Platform availability, succession, and discontinuation

We work to keep the platform available and to protect your data, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that Bidinator or the platform will operate indefinitely. Access may end if the platform is discontinued or cannot reasonably continue because of legal or regulatory requirements, security threats, technical infeasibility, financial or business circumstances, loss or restriction of essential third-party services, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

If Bidinator or substantially all relevant assets are sold, merged, reorganized, transferred, or operated by a successor, this agreement and your license may be assigned to that successor. The license does not entitle you to a successor product, major upgrade, or replacement platform unless specifically stated.

Limitation of liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or end your license if you materially breach these terms. A refund issued under the Billing Policy also ends your license and access. You may stop using the software at any time; refunds are governed by the Billing Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new date and, for account holders, sent by email.
