Anti-Spam Policy

Email we send you
Bidinator sends transactional email you asked for: purchase receipts, activation links, password resets, billing notices, and support replies. We also send occasional product news to customers, and every one of those messages carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from product news never stops the transactional messages you need to run your account.
We do not buy or sell lists
We do not purchase email lists, harvest addresses, or send unsolicited bulk email, and we do not sell or rent your address to anyone.
Email you send from the software
Estimates, contracts, invoices, reminders, and AI-drafted follow-ups sent from Bidinator go to your own clients and prospects. You are responsible for having a legitimate business reason to contact each recipient and for complying with the anti-spam laws that apply to you, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where relevant. Using the software to send unsolicited bulk email is a breach of our Terms of Use and grounds for suspension.
Reporting spam
If you received email you consider spam from us or from a Bidinator account, forward it to support@bidinator.com. We investigate every report and act on confirmed abuse.
