7-day money-back guarantee

Bidinator Business Edition is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee starting on the date of purchase. If the software is not right for your business within those first seven days, you can request a full refund of the one-time purchase price.

How to request a refund

Email support@bidinator.com from the address you used at checkout, within 7 days of purchase, and include your order or receipt number. We will confirm by email and issue the refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days; how quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer.

Optional monthly services

Optional subscriptions (such as Managed Services or the AI Add-On) can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current billing period. Monthly service fees already billed for a completed period are not refundable, and cancelling a subscription does not affect your lifetime access to Business Edition.

Abuse of the guarantee

We reserve the right to decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, license sharing, resale, or repeated purchase-and-refund activity.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. In almost every case we can resolve the issue faster than your card issuer can, including issuing the refund directly.
