Bidinator respects intellectual property rights and expects its customers and affiliates to do the same.

Filing a notice

If you believe material on our site, or content stored by one of our customers, infringes your copyright, email support@bidinator.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

We review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to material that appears to infringe, and notify the account holder responsible for it. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including the removed material's location, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was in error, your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts, and your signature.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly filing a false notice or counter-notice can expose you to liability for damages and legal costs.
