This policy explains what information Bidinator collects, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

Information we collect

Purchase information: your name, email address, billing country, and order details. Card numbers are entered on our payment partner's secure checkout and never reach our servers.

Account information: the login details and company profile you create after activation.

Business data you enter: clients, estimates, contracts, invoices, schedules, and files you add to the software. This is your data; we process it on your behalf.

Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, and error reports, used to keep the service working and to improve it.

How we use it

To deliver your purchase, activate and support your account, process payments, send service and billing notices, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product. If you opt in, we may also send occasional product news; every such email includes an unsubscribe link.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not sell the business data you store in the software.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers needed to run the service — payment processing, email delivery, cloud hosting, error monitoring, and customer support — and only to the extent they need it to perform that work.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember display preferences such as light or dark mode, attribute purchases to the affiliate who referred you, and measure aggregate site traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, though sign-in will not work without them.

Data retention and security

We keep account and business data for as long as your account is active, and purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to staff who need it.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account and data, or a copy of your business records for export. Email support@bidinator.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

The service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at anyone under 16.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account holders by email.
